STEM Pavilion Exhibitor Registrations Coming Soon!

The Wings Over Camarillo STEM Pavilion highlights what is new in aviation and aerospace and other Science, Technology, Engineering and Math fields.  It a place for families to see Drones and UAVs fly, see robotics in action, learn how airplanes fly, create all types of flying objects, participate in many hands-on, fun activities and learn about education opportunities and STEM programs in the area.

The Gold Coast Robotics Alliance is hosting a Robotics Demonstration for all age groups in the STEM Pavilion. We will have FIRST Robotics (ages 14-18), FIRST Tech (ages 12-18) and FIRST LEGO League (ages 9-14) demonstrations.

Join Our STEM Pavilion

We are looking for area businesses and aviation/aerospace professionals who are interested in sharing their love of aviation and other STEM programs and fields with local youth by sponsoring the pavilion or hosting a hands-on activity or booth to inspire the next generation.   Please email us if you are interested in partnering on this valuable community event.

 

Call for volunteers!  

Volunteer Assignments:

SET UP/TEAR DOWN – FRIDAY and SUNDAY AFTERNOON: Assist with the setup and tear down of the Wings Over Camarillo STEM Pavilion, including setting up tables and chairs, running power cords, setting up a drone cage, and general space planning, then tear down and cleaning up after the event. Requires physical activity such as setting up tables, taping down power cords to the floor, etc.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: During the event tasks include assisting exhibitors to locate their booth and providing assistance with their setup, assisting with the drone flying demos as needed, answering questions from the public, handing out fliers to the public, and running errands as needed.
