General Liability Waiver and Release
Fully understanding that the event includes activities that pose danger to persons and property, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns:
I hereby acknowledge and assume all risk of injuries and damage to my person and property under my custody and control; and I hereby release and hold harmless the Camarillo Wings Association (a California non-profit corporation), the Commemorative Air Force, the Experimental Aircraft Association and its local chapters, the Ninety-Nines, Inc., the County of Ventura, the City of Camarillo, and their past, current, and future officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, legal representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action for personal injuries, death, property damage, and loss of any kind whatsoever arising our of my participation in any capacity in any activities directly or indirectly associated with the 42nd Annual Wings Over Camarillo, before, during, and after the days of the event.
I understand that this waiver and release specifically includes the use of any vehicles I operate, whether or not owned by me, on and off event premises.
I have carefully read this waiver and release and know that contents thereof. I accept the same as my own free act. No promise or inducement that is not expressed herein has been made to me. In executing this waiver and release, I am not relying upon any statement or representation made by any entity or person or its, his, or her agent, released herein.
I acknowledge that additional information may be requested depending on the area(s) to which I may be granted access.
